In this unit, I wasn't aware that teaching English to business people was growing. I can see how this may seem intimidating at first for the teachers, however, I understand you are simply adapting to a different approach of teaching English than you normally would. As for teaching children, I understand how attention hungry they can be and being aware of this and giving them some sort of leadership role will make them feel more important in the class. A majority of the methodologies and techniques for teaching beginners was covered earlier in unit 3, however, in this unit, I appreciate the fact that it went more in depth with thinking about potential problems and how to fix them. And for teaching individual students, I believe the cons may outweigh the pros in that the student isn't getting as much social learning as they would if they were in a classroom. I believe students learn best from one another because for one, they're both learning the same content together. And two, they aren't as intimidated to ask another student a question than the teacher because they may feel they're interrupting the teacher or they just might not know how to express themselves as well to someone of higher authority.
