I believe these tips are important tools for teachers to start working into a classroom. I think it's a little bit difficult to join everything and put it into practice from one day to another, but it's something we acquire only with practice. For me, one of the most important things is to have the student's attention and to keep them motivated with the class, otherwise it's really hard to manage a class if they are not interested. That's why the voice plays an important role, the variations in the teacher's voice may calm or awake a whole classroom. Nevertheless, every part in the unit makes sense to me with the idea of making a good class. It's something we must internalized and practice everyday.
