The use of present tenses.
Present simple: describe things in general, facts, routines and habits.
Present continuous: Actions in progress at the time of speaking. "I am teaching right now" and action in progress around the time of speaking ex "I am reading a good book
Present perfect: To relate something in the pas to the present. we use when: Indefinite past actions, unfinished past actions and past actions with present results.
Present perfect continuous: An action continuing up until the present point in time. Usage: Incomplete and ongoing activities with duration and recently finished activities with present results.
