A good teacher also need to be a good class manager. However being a class manager does not mean that the teacher overrides and mistreat the students. The teacher must be a leader who is able to create a good leaning atmosphere for all learners. A good teacher must be able to know ways to stop bad behavior from students and how to react and deal with those learners who behave badly. A good class manager must be patient and slow to anger.
