In this unit, it talked about the most common problem situations that the teacher encounter and the ways that the teacher deal with them. First, in first lesson, the teacher will be faced with a number of new classes and they are really important for the teacher to establish a rapport with the students. For the experienced teachers, in first lesson they like to know about the students, their needs, and their language level. And one of the biggest problems that teachers likely to face is the students are not the same level and there are a number of ways that teacher can deal with are using different materials and same materials but different tasks. By meaning using different materials, teacher can split the students into two groups (one group with stronger students and the other with weaker students), whereas same materials different tasks are the students are given same materials but the stronger ones with more complicated tasks. And for a large classes, there are some useful techniques that teacher can employ are worksheet, group work, choral reputation, and leadership assignment. Also, to get all students participate and increase their talk time, teacher can put students in pair and role-play in the classroom.
