in this unit, I believe that a good teacher needs to have the following criteria: caring, kind, patient, active and motivating. And, a good learner needs the following criteria: willingness to learn, a desire to listen, acceptance to error correction and a desire to ask question. In conclusion, teacher needs to know her/his roles and responsibilities, for example, he/she needs to encourage and monitor the students' activities and progress ,and sometimes a teacher needs to make the classroom fun and enjoyable, etc. And for the students to be successful in the classroom, they need to be cooperative and respect to teacher, for example, students need to have a desire to listen, learn and ask questions if they are not sure and they need to do the homework assignments given by a teacher.
