This module was short, but packed with useful information. I learned about the pros and cons of of a new group versus a pre-existing group and how to handle each. Specifically, I learned that it is important to built rapport with your student, especially for the first lesson. I learned that listening skills are important and that I should not let go of an activity just because a student is having trouble listening to a cassette. I should instead work with those problems. I learned about warmers and various other troubleshooting.
