I found this unit to be quite helpful. Practical examples would have been helpful in some situations, an example of disciplining a student in a specific situation for instance, but generally the guidelines presented regarding how a teacher should conduct themselves in front of the class were clear, concise, logical, and easy to understand. I benefitted from learning that you should mention a student's name at the end of the question and from looking over the lists of when to apply eye contact and gestures. I also liked learning about how to establish a good rapport with students that successfully balances student and teacher talk time.
