I found Unit 13 very interesting because most of the information exposed is new to me.
I learned what was the meaning and the involvement of the term phonology of the language.
Throughout the whole unit there are various areas of phonology such as stress, rhythm, and intonation. Mastering the phonetic symbols is a bit difficult for both students and teachers. However, using these symbols is a functional tool and resource to teach phonetic. Finally, I reviewed the topic about the articulation of the language as well as manner and place of articulation. The chart showing the place versus manner of articulation for the consonant is very convenient for summarizing the information.
