Things i have learnt from this Unit:
- A good Teacher should posses qualities such as kind and patient, love teaching, motivate learners, he\she should have good subject knowledge along with good rapport and interaction with the class. A good teacher also be able to correct students without offending them and should be aware of students weaknesses and be able to give individual attention where necessary.
I have also learnt different role played by teacher in classroom and their importance and when to apply such as manager, organiser, tutor, facilitator and model.
In this unit i have also learnt different characteristics of learners / students and how to face them including age, learning experience, behaviour problems and language level.
