In this unit, First, I learned that a teacher should be sincere in doing his/her job for its priority is not only how to teach the student but how the student will learn. To be a "good" teacher and do the nine roles stated in this unit could be difficult, but as I analyzed all the qualities and roles, I learned that teaching is not just a job, but it is a commitment that sincerity is involved, that requires the giving of all your best knowledge and effort for the sake of the student. Second, I learned the different types of learners according to their level. The explanation about the students' motivation, experience, and behavior gave me an idea of the different approaches a teacher can do depends on the students characteristic. Knowing these characteristics could be necessary especially when talking about how a teacher could possibly handle the student properly, considering to their behavior. Finally, I learned that it is not only the students who will learn in the classroom but the teacher will also do because the teacher needs to know their students better to create a good relationship and learning environment.
