I believe the methods mentioned were and are very helpful and explain the way a classroom can be and what to expect when being challenged by different levels of competency with the English language.
I specifically enjoyed the breakdown of the "Boomerang lessons". I found them interesting and the different activities involved in engaging and activating the students as well came across as fun, educational techniques I would love to implement.
