In this lesson,I've learned how to manage a class and make the lesson more effective,efficient and fun.A Good class requires good eye contact, gesture and the voice from the teacher.Good eye contact is essential to build good rapport with the students. Good gesture reduces TTT and brings fun. If the voice has the clarity, range,variety or projection,students understand the teacher easily.Apart from these, correct way of grouping students is also a key factor to have a good class. We need to consider many facts when we group students.But no matter what, our goal is to raise STT and decrease TTT, make the class fun and effective.At last, establishing rapport and maintaining discipline are also important, with bad atmosphere, it's really hard for teacher to go on the class.
