After having this unit, I think classroom management is important as it can manage and control the class in order, maintain descipline, and can also make students pay enough attention on the lesson. In my opinion ,I think eye contact and voice are essential to make good rapport with the students. whenever they are doing pairwork or grouping work ,whatever the classroom arrangement is . The variation of the voice teacher use are according to the circumstances that make the lesson
