From this lesson, I've learned the importance of a lesson plans and what should be included in a lesson plan.First, a clear objective should be set up.After the lesson,students are supposed to produce the correct language of the grammar point or the vocabulary of what we've planed.Then there should be a personal aim, which helps teacher to improve certain area of teaching.Language point should be clear. Teaching aids help us check if we have everything at the start of the lesson.Anticipating problems before the class and preparing solutions helps us avoid problems. Apart from these, a clear procedure of the activities and using ESA phases are also key factors of a good class. Meanwhile, we need to consider the time of each activity, effective interaction, the level of the class, the number of the students in the class,the date and time of the class and might be a observer's names in the lesson plan.A good lesson plan makes the teacher more confident and prepared in the class, I think it's necessary to do it.
