This lesson focused on productive skills of communication which are: speaking and writing.
The lesson explained the difference between accuracy activities and fluency activities in the classroom. Accuracy activities deal with making sure the language is produced correctly in a more controlled environment. Whereas fluency activities are more concerned with communication flow and and effectiveness in a less controlled setting.
As for writing it is important to focus on spelling, penmanship, layout and punctuation.
In this lesson I learned the importance of teaching speaking and writing lessons to go along with the receptive lessons previously learned using the ESA format while creating a positive atmoshpere for the students to help them grow.
