The preparation, use, and evaluation of instructional materials is a vital task for teachers anywhere in the world. There are many considerations in preparing a coursebooks, but the common principle existing in these considerations is the principle of relevance – relevance of the material to the level of understanding of the learners. Also, coursebooks do not dictate what will the teacher do, what will the students do, what will the class do, rather, coursebooks just are used by teachers as tools, and by students as aids to language acquisition. In the end, it is still the teacher who will control the use of the coursebook and facilitate the learning inside the class.
