This unit is about Conditionals & reported speech. There are five main conditionals: Zero Conditional, First Conditional, Second Conditional, Third Conditional and Mixed Conditional. Zero Conditional refers to actions and facts that are irrefutable. First Conditional talks about a 'real'situation in the future that is possible. Second Conditional talks about present or future is 'unreal'. Third Conditional talks about a hypothetical past action and the hypothetical past consequence. Mixed Conditional talks about a hypothetical past action and the hypothetical present consequence. I learnt that different ways of teaching students conditionals, such as role play, what would happen if...? And I also learnt direct and reported speech. When changing direct speech into reported speech, we should pay attention pronouns, time expression, etc.
