We learn from this topic that,how a teacher performs in a class and how he or she manages the class smoothly. Therefore this unit was very supportive.Topics on classroom arrangement are well descriptive. Teacher talking time(TTT) and student talking time(STT) also helpful for me. Maintaining discipline have also a narrative description to absorb this unit.A teacher must have to understand the reasons of problematic behavior,so that he/she can avoid any disciplinary issues.In addition to that,seating arrangement and rapport also provide proper guidelines to establish a proper classroom atmosphere.
