In this usit we’ve learned about the techniques one can employ and the methodologies most suitable when teching grammar, vocabulary or language functions. As a teacher I’ve come to realize the mistakes that I’ve been making in trying to ensure my teaching is successful. For instance there are vocabularies that I may want to teach but aren’t particularly beneficial for the students in the context of the lesson topic and so usually students fail to remember these sue to lack of recurrence. However as of now I understand that the vocabulary to be taught should be in line woth the task.
