The unit emphasises on the good personality and environment alertness of the teacher in order to build a strong and academically productive relationship with students. I have learnt that teachers tend to overlook certain aspects of a student’s life which affect his/her learning capability such as culture and first language of the student which may lead to behavioural problems and in turn, a bad learning experience. Therefore, a teacher should be aware of the skills and techniques for successful language teaching at all times.
