I enjoyed this section and liked the idea of varying up content so that all members of the class find a topic of interest. I do feel creating a rapport with the students is important in gauging there interests. I like the lesson plan examples although again the lesson uses the term America when I think they are referring to the United States. I am guessing US fashion is more popular in the UK than ponchos or other traditional Mexican clothing.
