This unit is an overview of “classroom management”. It goes through different steps to follow in order to lead and organize a classroom that will offer a good learning atmosphere. We have seen that the behavior of the students will variate depending on the age, the school, or the motivation. Being myself a 7th and 9th grader teacher I can say that it is essential to manage a group appropriately before even thinking about pedagogy or the teaching in itself. In my opinion it is not possible to teach properly without succeeded in the classroom management area. That the reason why it was really interesting to read about how to adopt the right gestures, to use the eyes contacts, to arrange the classroom efficiently and to find the right balance between TTT and STT. It is lot to consider, examinate, and apply in my futur lessons.
