I Do not understand the teachers who struggling with course books, as I experienced as a student from my age 14 to 18 in high school the Course books were a very strong point to rely on even with a good teacher I believe this is the normal way of a governmental English class paid by the state.
Although if we can afford weekly more than 2-4 English classes than it's, of course, would be very useful to let the teachers be more creative! Good to bear in mind in the world's countries there is only a very few places can provide a strong governmentally financed English class.
