During this unit we considered basic qualities of good teachers and good learners. The main points of good teachers are love to teaching, kindness and patience, abilities to motivate and entertain students. Concentration on the process of teaching from the "student-centred" position is also important, though the best way of teaching is combine "student-centred" and "teacher-centred" stages of a lesson. There are several main roles of the teacher like manager, organizer, assessor, prompter, participant, tutor, facilitator, model and monitor. For the best progress of the learners teacher should appropriately use this roles within the lesson. Good learners should possess such characteristics as willingness to the language, to ask questions, desire to learn.There are several differences in learners you should consider providing a lesson: age, learning experience, motivation,language level. In conclusion you may say if you have a complex approach for your students you are sure to succeed as a teacher.
