This unit is about present tenses, it's important to understand that there are three different times in English: past, present and future. Each of these times has four aspects: simple, continuous, perfect and perfect continuous.
I also learned different aspects of each present tense like: the form, usages, typical student errors and activate stage teaching ideas.
It's very important to understand and to know the form for affirmative, negative and for the question structure, for the present simple, present continuous, present perfect and the present perfect continuous. Each one has different usages.
As a teacher it's fundamental to remember that the activate stage needs to maximize student talk time, make sure that students are using the language freely to improve fluency, and implement proper activities according to the level of the students, their needs and culture. Following these steps will lead to a successful lesson, therefore students will be motivated to learn the language.
