I Feel like I learned to teach in a theoretical way. Therefore I will attend for sure some schools to stay as an observer when I received my TEFL certificate. Thus I will have for sure enough experience before I would start to teach. By my opinion and what I believe the fact is that There are much more strict requirements for Non-Native speakers whom willing to teach TEFL as against the Natives.
Somewhere it is reasonable however It's obvious to be a good teacher is not the same as being a native speaker!
