Athough I'm quite familiar with the present tenses, this unit was quite helpful in providing great ideas to help students activate this grammar in particular the present continuous by using mime or showing action pictures. Furthermore the present perfect tenses are particularly challenging to teach and most often students tend to get confused as to how to use it. The activate ideas given like Finding someone who.... in relation to experiences as well as change the room are excellent. I found the explanation of the subtle difference between the present perfect and present perfect continuous helpful. When the focus is on the action/activity (present perfect continuous) and when it's on the completed action/numerical description (present perfect).
