To consider a good learner a teacher should pay attention to various aspects like: age, culture, language level (from beginner to advance) and motivation for it. As well learning experience of the students, their nervousness, language awareness, behavior problems, life experience need to be considered by the teacher.
To sum up, the relation between a teacher and a learner is very significant. A good teacher should always encourage and motivate his/her students, be a good supporter for them. As in order to have good students the teacher should be good at first.
