In this section as the title explains involves dealing with issues that are or potentially can be a problem in the class. The most important aspect of dealing with a new class is rapport. Rather take time to develop rap[port than dive straight into the subject matter. There will be times when there will be problem children or problem classes. If this is handled correctly, professionally and thoughtfully this will also go a long way to developing trust and rapport. With large classes and existing classes it is important to always be in control and firm but never to allow ones emotions to overwhelm you. As a teacher I am here to teach and the student to learn.
