in this unit i have learnt about the grammar rules of such topics as modals, phrasal verbs and passive voice. modal auxiliary is a verb that is used with another verb to express a mood or tense.
Modal verbs (can, could, must, should, ought to, may, might, will, would, shall) are modal auxiliary verbs that express ability, necessity, obligation, duty, request, permission, advice, desire, probability, possibility, etc. Passive voice is a form or set of forms of a verb in which the subject undergoes the action of the verb. it is formed with the help of auxiliary verb 'be' + pas participle.
