From my point ov view, classroom management is one of the most important topics which teachers should consider. This must be reinforced not only at the moment of teaching, but also when preparing the materials and activities for each class.
As teachers, we need to be aware of everything that is happening with our students and how we can support them in a better way. This is why we must show our students that we are capable of teaching them. Therefore, to achieve this idea we must consider and deal with aspects such as the behaviour, the context of every student, their interests, our voice and gestures, the seating arrangements, the students talking time, among others.
If we do what was mentioned previously, our classes will be carried out smoothly and our students will be engaged and motivated to participate in our activities.
