In the seventh unit that is about (teaching new language) , i have understood the the general idea of the unit considering its three elements that are :
firstly, (Teaching vocabulary) , that is very important to the students , how to select vocabulary as teacher and what do students need to know about a new vocabulary in addition to some techniques that a teacher should pay attention to while teaching new vocabulary .
secondly ( introducing grammatical structures) through which the students need to know what the language mean and how it is written , said and thirdly (Teaching language functions) that includes areas such as agreeing – disagreeing –suggestion – inviting … The latter that is well-simplified in the unit with a typical ESA lesson example
