From this unit i have learnt that a teacher is not only a mentor and the person who gives the necessary information but he\she is also a class manager. A Teacher has to operate with his\her voice , gestures and eye contact to rightly impact the coarse of the lesson. it is important to use students' names properly. It will be great to pupils to work in pairs to have a chance to speak more during the lesson. It is important what kind of classroom do you have and what is the position of students' desks. I've learnt about methods how to write on the board and avoid to stay with your back faced to the students. There was important information about teacher speaking time and how to make my instructions more effective. I've also learnt how to establish rapport between the teacher and a student and how to maintain discipline in the class.
