The decision on what course book to use is not always at the teachers discretion and is often prescribed by thje school or some governmental body. However, what the teacher decides to use in conjunction with the course book is important. Using authentic material adds credibility to what is being taught and using creative material increases interest and understanding of the topics covered in the course material. The teacher needs to make time and put effort in to what material will be used. Using their own creativity or researching different material will encourage better participation and understanding by the students
