This unit showed me that its important to be flexible and dont stick too much to a plan to be prepared for changes within the lesson. The examples given and the information about lesson planning help to have an idea and a structure to be prepared for the lesson. It shows the importance of balance again to "play" with the different points of the plan and change the estimated times for it. The goals and achievements which are desired are also important to have an aim towards teacher and students are working. Giving yourself feedback with monitoring and self evaluation is a helpful tool to improve quality and the learning atmosphere of the lessons, because strenghts and weaknesses can be figured out and improved.
