This unit covered the 4 aspects of the present tense. It gave the rules for the form of each, in affirmative, negative, and question form. It described the usages of each aspect, as well as the common error students make. The mistakes seem to often be with the concord, or simply not understanding the usage of a particular form. The unit gave numerous ideas as to activities for the Activate stage of a lesson. Present perfect and present perfect continuous differ in that the latter puts the emphasis on the activity, and not the action.
