This unit is informational for a general talk about classroom management essentially. For instance, walking into your classes on their first day and seeing what kind of classroom there is (small, large, mixed level, similar level, monolingual, multilingual, etc.) and some strategies for dealing with these potentially problematic issues. Also, to keep in mind that things which may not be a problem, might arise to one later on (for instance the class may all start at the same level, but there may be quicker learners in the class or slower learners and gaps might start to appear. It's always a good idea to get the class warmed up to the idea of using English and excited about it, so it's always a good idea to open with a warmer, which can hopefully then relate to the topic at hand in the study phase.
