In my conclusion, it is very important to have a good relationship and good communication between teachers and learners. A good teacher must be positive at all times and a teacher must consider a lot of things about their students like culture, age, language level, motivation, etc. Each learner may have different reasons why they wanted to learn English but I believe that they are aiming the same goal, and that is to be good at speaking English. It is very important that the teacher must maintain the students' motivation by ensuring that lessons are interesting and useful, initiating fun activities, giving clear instructions, giving feedbacks and providing necessary support. A motivated student has a greater potential to succeed and achieve the target goal than a student without motivation.
