After reviewing Unit One about teachers and learners, I had learned a number of aspects about the dynamic in a productive classroom. One of the many aspects that was learned from this unit was the explanation of what makes a good teacher as well as what makes a good learner. Having the examples of the characteristics that make good learners and teachers helped myself fully understand how to make sure that students will receive the information that I am giving to them thoroughly. Furthermore, another aspect that was learned in Unit One was the different learning experiences for each type of student. The beauty of this section in Unit One is the fact that there are a plethora of types of learners, but there are ways to appeal to each type of learner, no matter the age. The knowledge that was given in Unit One on how to motivate the study of the English language will further assist my journey on becoming an effective teacher.
