This unit elaborates the details of classroom management. A teacher should be a manager and controller of a class to make the best use of the classroom equipment and to allocate the students appropriately to maximize the effectiveness of teaching. In order to achieve this, teachers should pay attention to the TTT and STT, eye contact with students, their own gestures and voice, in addition to the right instruction and board work. As a consequence, the rapport will be established naturally.
Even if teachers managed all the skills and resources perfectly, problem behavior might also occur due to varies reasons. In order to produce a successful class, teachers should always be prepared to maintain the discipline.
