In this unit, I have learned the roles of a teacher, the factors that make a good teacher and a good student, the difference between adult learners and young learners, and also, the common used English levels.
After all these years teaching, I have to confess that sometimes I could not resist the urge of spoon-feed, and I occassionally have wrong expectation towards students; by that I mean, a teacher should always assess students' real level, and give the right guidance.
A good teacher makes a good student, the basic principles in this unit should always be reflected,and teachers should be more professional to switch from one role to another, in terms of the students real performance.
