Of all the units studied thus far, this is my favorite one. Some ideas stuck out with me: Say a learner's name at the end of a question because this will cause the other learners to be alert because they don't know which one will have to answer the question. I absolutely love this idea and makes total sense. I also really like the suggestion of not responding to a learner's incorrect answer by a "negative" such as saying (no, incorrect, etc). Rather, have them explain and guide. I can see how saying "no" would cause a learner to be intimidated. The other "advice" that I loved reading about is to teach at a language below the level that is being taught. Another very good sound advice.
