Unit 9 provides me with a huge amount of knowledge of lesson planning. I have learnt a procedure to make a lesson planning. Firstly, I have to ask myself before making a lesson plan. Knowing these answers could save myself a lot of time. These questions might be “ Will I review what the school is teaching the students? Or will I create new learning goals? Will I focus on speaking, reading, writing or reading? Or a combination? “. Secondly, in my opinion, there are 6 stages of lesson planning. They are:
+ Step 1: Decide on my lesson plan objectives.
+ Step 2: How to outline a lesson plan
+ Step 3: Choose ESL activities to accomplish my lesson plan objectives
+ Step 4: Create ESL materials and worksheets
+ step 5: Visual aids for ESL lessons
+ step 6: The final stages of lesson planning
