The videos were very useful because they outlined strength and weaknesses that occurs in the classroom at all times. They also show how we can make our lessons more effective. I have learned the importance of having a positive attitude as students enter the classroom and throughout the lesson because it helps students to feel more comfortable in the environment and develop a better interest in the lesson. Learning students name even when it might be difficult to pronounce is also important to the students because it helps them to feel connected when addressed by their name. Teaching with confidence and having materials ready, are also key areas to consider when preparing to teach a class. Students should be involved throughout the lesson.
