In this unit, future tense was reviewed and the specifics were explained in laments terms. I found this unit useful because like the previous units concerning present and past tense, it is difficult to explain something that has become innate in your everyday life. Being able to go back to the basics and identify which tense is which, when it is used, and especially what are the most common errors is extremely valuable. Without grasping difficulties students may face whilst learning future tense or being able to explain when and what each present tense is, students will not be able to comprehend such an advanced grammatical topic. Additionally, in some languages, this is a very new concept in regards to having so many variations of tenses and expectations. Therefore, as a teacher, it is crucial to not only understand these details but to also be able to explain in detail the purpose of each as well as the common mistakes made.
