The objective of this unit is to expose the importance, and the uses of a lesson plan. Having a written plan is of great importance for new teachers, who are not yet familiar with class organization. I personally found this unit particularly useful. It provides a very clear method to plan the lesson in order to avoid gaps in the preparation. The most important thing, that is usually underestimated, is the teacher self evaluation. Being a teacher requires a constant improvement. Doing a self evaluation helps the teacher to see their own strengths and weaknesses.
