As a retired teacher, I know the hardest thing for any teacher, especially the new teachers, is classroom management. For me it all comes down to relationships. With just the right words, you can get even the most disruptive student to quiet down. It may take a word before class or give the an answer their homework and then call on them for the answer. It helps with the self confident phase. This was a good unit, and timely, that all of the material would be beneficial to any teacher.
