The content of the unit introduced the meaning of "tenses" for the English language. It broke down the tenses to three: past, present, future. Then, it introduced the four forms of the present tense in English: Present simple, present perfect, present continuous/progressive, and present perfect continuous. For each section, there was an explanation of form and the usages of this tense. Then, there were recommended teaching activities for the tense. The material also addressed and asked me to think about common errors when using the present tense. For the most part, my background in English writing means that I have experience with this terminology and these concepts. However, I found it very concise and straightforward.
