In this unit, I learned about how to manage classes, like the eye contact and gesture, the voice and using students names. It’s also about advantages and disadvantages of the different ways we group students. when students work on their owns, in pairs or in group. I learned about how to use the classroom space and how arrange it, the different forms and about the importance of the teacher’s position. An important component of the teaching-learning process for me, is the teacher and the students talking time, I learned in this unit how to find good solutions to balance effectively between the two.
In addition to giving instructions, establishing rapport with the students and maintaining discipline in class. Finally, we have a set of effective advice on how to respond to problem behaviour.
